Mind BLMK's goal-orientated mentoring service aims to enhance the quality of life and aid recovery by supporting people to work towards achieving goals. On a one-to-one basis, mentors will work with mentees in the community to identify goals, create action plans to help break down tasks into manageable steps and then provide support and encouragement to help them overcome barriers and take positive steps towards change. Mentors meet with their mentees at one of our venues or in a public place for 1-2 hours at a time, normally once a week for a period of up to 12 weeks.
