To provide a courteous and efficient service to the patients, relatives and staff and communicate effectively.

Maintain a high standard of hygiene for the Hospice and ensure the cleaning of relevant equipment to a high standard.

To utlilise all cleaning substances/chemicals as instructed by the manufacturer’s label and in compliance with the Care of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations.

Ensure the use of machinery and other service equipment supplied by the Hospice correctly to make sure we attain a high standard of hygiene.

Ensure all Health & Safety rules are observed and be aware of their responsibility for their own and others safety.
