By becoming a mentor you can: Boost your communication and leadership skills. Expand your network. Build confidence and gain a sense of fulfilment. Learn new skills that support your career development. Gain fresh perspectives from your mentee. Raise your business profile in the Bedford community.

Once meeting a month with your mentee, for one whole academic year - 9 sessions from November 2025 to July 2026. You will be matched with a young person at one secondary school in Bedfoed Borough
