Corporate Fundraising Volunteer

Tasks may include:
Research & Prospecting
Desk-based research to identify potential corporate partners.
• Screening and categorising corporate prospects using agreed criteria.
Administration & Data
• Updating CRM/donor databases with communications and activity records.
• Supporting preparation of materials for corporate proposals, presentations, and stewardship packs.
• Helping with information gathering for reports, updates and applications.
Relationship Support
• Supporting stewardship of existing corporate supporters with timely, relevant communication (e.g., thank yous, updates, event invitations).
• Helping to maintain relationships by assisting with the contact cycle and follow-up tasks.
• Assisting with Business Collective (Keech business club) admin and corporate volunteering coordination.
Campaigns & Activities
• Supporting preparation and delivery of corporate fundraising campaigns (e.g., charity of the year, payroll giving, seasonal campaigns).
• Helping to collate information for evaluation and post-campaign reports.

Fundraising

Evaluating & Reviewing, Good IT Skills, Organising & Planning, Reading & Writing

• Good research skills and an eye for detail. • Confidence using MS Office, email and online research tools. • A methodical, organised approach with the ability to work independently. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Ideally with some experience in research, administration and stewardship activities

Monday - Friday between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, ideally a 3 hour commitment
