Royal Elderly Care and Wellbeing CIC is looking for enthusiastic and friendly volunteers to help us reach older adults who may be isolated or unaware of available support.

As a Community Outreach & Awareness Volunteer, you will represent our organisation within the community by delivering information, introducing our services, and helping us build relationships with local organisations.

Your contribution will help us connect more older adults to companionship, wellbeing activities, and the Royal Day Experience.

We are looking for friendly, reliable volunteers with good communication skills and a passion for supporting their community. Volunteers should be confident speaking to members of the public, able to follow instructions, and willing to represent Royal Elderly Care and Wellbeing CIC professionally.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older adults. Volunteers will gain valuable experience in community engagement, communication, teamwork, health and social care awareness, and confidence-building. We can also provide references where appropriate following a successful volunteering period.

Flexible commitment of approximately 1–4 hours per week. Volunteers can choose days and times that fit around their work, studies, or other commitments. Even a few hours can make a meaningful difference.

Meet-up and community activities may take place at Sundon Baptist Church, 244 Sundon Park Road, Luton LU3 3AL. Other volunteering activities may take place in the community, at older adults’ homes, or remotely by telephone or online. Exact locations will be agreed following induction and matching.
