Think Tenacity Academy CIC is a registered non-profit organisation committed to tackling health inequalities by providing access to Black therapists. We run monthly Making Time for Black Health Events serving the Black community by providing access to Black therapists. You will receive food at the event and a free t-shirt for working at the event.

You choose to start at 12.45pm or 2.30pm

You will be working with 7x Event Volunteers as part of a team.

ROLE (Choose from list below):
- Sign-in delegates at the registration desk.
- Event Social Media reels/photographer.
- Hand out goody bags.
- Assist with tea/coffee/refreshments.
- Hand out raffle prizes.

Administration,Fundraising,Marketing, PR & Media,Events & Stewarding

Admin, IT skills - basic, Creative & Design, Organising & Planning, Fundraising, Marketing

You will need to have: - Min 2 years Event management experience. - Strong administration skills. - Creative problem-solving skills. - Ability to work remotely. - Good communication skills. - Strong organisational and multitasking skills. - Good IT skills and use of WhatsApp and Google Drive. - Ability to meet deadlines. - Interest in working with a small charitable organisation and willingness to work as part of a small team. - Interest to addressing health inequalities and tackling mental health stigmas.

You will be working with 7x other volunteers as a part of a team, an amazing chance to meet new people, make new friends. (Training provided too) FREE refreshments throughout the event. FREE Making Time for Black Mental Health Event T-shirt. FREE self-care gift card. Add event management experience to your CV.

You choose to start at 12.45pm or 2.45pm 5 - 6 hours on the day
