Admin Volunteer (Events Team)

Do you have 1-2 hours a week to work from home and would enjoy an administrative volunteer role?

We need you if you have had previous administrative experience in any industry? You choose your own working hours and will play a pivotal role supporting the Events Team giving them a hand with admin support for local mental health workshops, support groups and events.

We’re looking for someone who is organised and comfortable with written English to send emails to the panel, delegates, speakers and therapists. Ability to use excel to update and manage the event tracking spreadsheet.

Experience using Eventbrite would be useful, however, full training will be provided via Zoom supported by the Event Manager.

Administration

Admin, IT skills - basic, Counselling, Creative & Design, IT Skills - good, Marketing, Project Management

What We’re Looking For: 1 year's experience or a similar role. Strong administrative skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Use of WhatsApp for team communication. Ability to work remotely without supervision. Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines. Confidence in proactively communicating new ideas. Passion for working with a small charitable organisation. Interest in addressing health inequalities and tackling mental health stigmas.
