You're confident across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok, and can take a rough idea to a finished post - graphics, captions and short-form video using tools like Canva, Figma or Adobe. You write clearly and with care, especially on sensitive subjects, and understand consent and dignity. You're reliable with deadlines and can work independently between check-ins. No formal qualifications need lived experience welcomed, never required.

Minimum 10 hours per week, over an initial 6 months (with review). Hybrid -a mix of remote work and attending some in-person sessions and events. Hours are flexible and can be arranged around your other commitments, as long as deadlines are met.
