ParkBathe

You did not enter a postcode in the search, or the postcode for this role is unknown.

ParkBathe is offering an exciting opportunity for friendly, reliable local volunteers to train as ParkBathe Walk Leaders, helping us offer free monthly wellbeing walks (small groups of up to 10 people) that teach aspects of forest bathing, in Bromley parks including Priory Gardens, Betts Park, Riverside Gardens and Old Rectory Gardens by Hayes Library. The role involves leading a gentle, one-hour sensory nature walk once a month, year-round, with full training, clear guidance and ongoing support. You don’t need previous experience, just a calm presence, an interest in people’s wellbeing and a commitment to helping others feel more confident, connected and relaxed in their local green space.
Many of our volunteers find that leading ParkBathe also supports their own wellbeing, creating a regular reason to slow down, spend time outdoors and feel part of something positive in their community. Training will be in Aug/Sept 2026, with park walks launching in Sept. Apply for an information pack and introductory call. Forest bathing is a Japanese health practice prescribed to 5 million people a year in Japan. For more information about the project and to watch our film head to https://linktr.ee/ParkBathe
