We are looking for a friendly and organised volunteer to support OAKonsult in collecting feedback, capturing stories and demonstrating the impact of our programmes.
This is a flexible role that would suit someone who enjoys organising information, listening to people's experiences and helping tell the story of positive change. You do not need to be an evaluation expert – just someone who is curious, reliable and willing to learn.

Essential • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email). • Good written communication skills. • Ability to organise information clearly. • Reliability and willingness to learn. Helpful but Not Essential • Experience using surveys or feedback forms. • Interest in research, evaluation or community development. • Experience volunteering or working within a charity or community organisation.
