Bookkeeping & Finance
We are looking for someone who has experience of finance in either a professional or volunteering capacity. Experience of book keeping/accounts preparation would be desirable
Understanding of the requirements of a trustee/committee chair (first-time trustees are welcome and previous governance experience is not a requirement)
Passion for the work of Bromley Homelessness
Ability to allocate necessary time commitment to the role
Willingness to listen to others views but not be afraid to challenge and share your own views for the benefit of the charity
Working as part of the Board, you will be responsible for presenting the financial reports to the board in a manner that allows the whole board to make strategic decisions. As a trustee you will be part of that strategic decision making process.
