To assist with the preparation of tender documents and ensure they are completed on time and to high-quality standards. Submit own applications for project funding e.g. Sportivate Sports Fund to assist with the preparation of tender documents and ensure they are completed on time and to high-quality standards.

The role:
To assist on other projects undertaken by the organisation as determined by the Deputy Director. To work on funding bids including identifying funding streams and as determined by the Deputy Director. To carry out any administrative procedures, filing, etc, necessary to maintain the proper and accurate recording and filing of information relating to each project. To assist in maintaining accurate records as to time spent on projects. This includes the correct coding of all expenditure incurred within the agreed project budgets and maintaining accurate records of expenditure relating to projects.

In addition to the above functions, the post holder is required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required to ensure the maximum use of resources and successful management of projects.

As part of this placement successful candidates will be required to complete the following tasks: preparation of tender applications; maintaining accurate records of expenditure; organise sports sessions and workshops; work on funding bids; general administrative procedures. We are looking for someone who has good administrative and time management skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a team and independently. Qualifications are desirable but not essential. Successful candidates will learn how to work with an attention to detail as well and will improve their time management skills.
