Helper For Activity Camp (Feb Half Term)

We are looking for volunteers who are to complete one or more of the roles below during the February 2018 Half Term 12th-16th:

- Play Worker/Lunchtime Supervisor - managing the children while they eat lunch and take part in board games, reading and colouring (1 hour and 30 mins commitment)
- General Helper - completing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the camp including tidying up, helping to set up/tidy away equipment for activities and games
- Admin Assistant - completing the sign in and/or dismissal process, which may involve contacting parents or guardians and other camp admin
- Coaches/Leaders - supporting the coaches run and deliver football and sport activities

We are looking for volunteers who like working with people, are able to work as part of a team, are professional, flexible, organised, reliable and punctual.

We are willing to be flexible in terms of the commitment we ask from the volunteers and will accept those able to commit time from 1.5 hours to 5 days.

Our roles will be suitable for individuals keen to get experience of working with children

Admin,Cleaning & Tidying

We are looking for volunteers who like working with people, are able to work as part of a team, are professional, flexible, organised, reliable and punctual. We are willing to be flexible in terms of the commitment we ask from the volunteers and will accept those able to commit time from 1.5 hours to 5 days. The volunteer MUST have an up to date DBS and able to provide this as well as proof of identity before any volunteering will commence.

Volunteering with us will involve being part of a positive, hardworking, experienced and friendly team. Volunteers will benefit from knowing they are supporting community activities and that their efforts will be valued. Volunteers will receive induction training and further training where required. Volunteers will be supported during their time with us and offered further opportunities where appropriate including but not limited to additional training/qualifications. We are willing to be flexible in terms of the commitment we ask of the volunteers and will accept those able to commit anytime from 1.5 hours to 5 days. Volunteers will receive travel expenses and have a DBS processed if they don't currently have a valid one.
