Volunteering with AYDA as an Administration Assistant will provide an experience not achievable within a large organisation. We are a small and closely formed team where the volunteer will be working within an environment that will support their development and include them in many aspects of the business where they can learn new and valuable skills. As a volunteer, they can expect to learn by doing and getting involved in the day-to-day running of a small charitable business where they can expect to populate their c.v. with measurable work experience.
