Answering the telephone. Welcoming clients to the office. Setting up refreshments in the morning. Responding to emails. Scheduling appointments (using Microsoft 365 calendar). Filing. Supporting monthly coffee mornings by helping set up refreshments.

Centre of Change is a community organisation, embedded in the heart of New Addington. We offer a rich family-focused environment, where we are professional but friendly. We have opportunities to engage in all types of admin and client-facing work, where no two days are the same. We are flexible, whether you want to give anything from 4 hours to 2-full days. We offer ongoing training, as well as mental health CPDs and other perks open to all volunteers.
