Minibus Drivers/Escorts

Driving minibus locally of older people to and from the centre.
These are maximum times. Most of our jobs are finished within an hour and a half. There are multi-pick-up/drop off's at various addresses. They must be able to drive a Mini-bus and have a clean C1/D1 driving licence. Enjoy chatting to clients.

Collecting and dropping off local older people to and from the centre. Primarily we need people who have a passion for our clients, are willing to use their own initiative and support the Clubhouse in it's vision to expand the services to the wider community

The Selsdon Community Clubhouse invites you to join our dedicated team of volunteers, which is a great way to contribute to your community and enhance your mental health. Just a couple of hours of your time a week, can significantly impact the lives of others – and your own. According to the NHS, volunteering not only reduces stress and combats depression but also creates a positive cycle of giving and receiving, benefiting both mental and emotional health. At the Clubhouse, you’ll become part of a vibrant community team, offering activities such as our lunch club, social events, bingo and our carers’ café etc. Volunteers are at the heart of these efforts, ensuring that each service is delivered with warmth and enthusiasm. Whether you’re working or retired, we offer flexible volunteering options to fit your schedule and skills, by joining our team you will also learn new skills and receive ongoing training. Your time and talents can change lives – starting with your own.
