As a Butterfly Companion, you'll offer compassionate companionship, a listening ear, and a calming presence to residents and their loved ones during this tender time. Your small gestures will make a big difference.

Befriending, buddying and mentoring,Caring,Languages & translation,Support work

Language Skills (Eg, French, German, Arabic Etc), Reading And Writing, Initiative/Self Motivation, Verbal Communication

Desirable Qualities: Compassionate and empathetic nature Strong communication and interpersonal skills Initiative and ability to work independently Understanding of boundaries and professional conduct Punctuality, reliability, and commitment Ability to work as part of a team

Gain Valuable Skills: Receive specialized training in end-of-life care and communication Develop deep listening, empathy, and compassion skills Learn how to provide emotional and practical support Gain experience in a healthcare setting
