What you will be doing

Admin duties will include: The accurate processing of all data to member's accounts.
Ensuring the confidential administration of all financial records.
Preparing regular financial reports and other information as required for meetings of the Board of Directors.
Ensuring that the administration office has appropriate documents and materials and that these are kept in an organised manner.
Responding to emails / phone inquiries.
Adhoc duties and responsibilities as required by the Board of Directors from time to time.

Skills Description

Computer literate, competent in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Database. Administration skills and knowledge of office systems. Good Telephone manner. Attention to detail. Educated to GCSE Maths and English (minimum grade B) or NVQ Level 2.

How Long Do I Have To Volunteer For?

You need to commit to a regular volunteering opportunity of around an hour a week. The table below shows the commitment required for each level of the DofE.

Bronze

Minimum time: 3 or 6 months

You must do one of your volunteering, Physical or Skills sections for 6 months, the others for 3.

Silver

Minimum time: 6 or 12 months

If you heven't achieved your Bronze Award, you must extend your volunteering or the longer of your Physical or Skills sections to 12 months.

Gold

Minimum time: 12 or 18 months

If you heven't achieved your Silver Award, you must extend your volunteering or the longer of your Physical or Skills sections to 18 months.
