Join us, and help us make our cheer points the loudest and purpliest, so our runners and walkers get
the boost they need to make it over that finish line:

• You’ll join other volunteers and staff members to make some noise when you see our runners
• and walkers
• Cheer, clap and make them know we’re here for them!
• Wear our purple branded t-shirt and represent Pancreatic Cancer UK
• Ahead of the event you will need to read through our induction or join an online briefing session

Events & stewarding

Organising & Planning, Teamwork

Be a minimum of 16 years old (written parent/guardian consent required for 16/17 years olds) • Good verbal communication • Enjoy meeting new people and being part of a team • Able to be at a cheer point for a few hours • Lots of enthusiasm and energy

16 years - we welcome applications from people aged 16 or 17 years old. We just need your parent or guardian to complete and sign a consent form. • We will make you feel welcome, included and respected • An online or written induction to Pancreatic Cancer UK and your role • A named member of staff to supervise you • A branded Pancreatic Cancer t-shirt to wear • Reimbursement of reasonable travel expenses in line with our Volunteer Expenses Policy
