The Treasurer is a key officer of the Credit Union responsible for overseeing the organization's financial affairs, ensuring financial integrity, and supporting the Board of Directors in maintaining the credit union's financial health. The Treasurer monitors financial performance, reviews financial reports, helps ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting requirements, and provides strategic financial guidance.

Administration,Finance & accountancy

Bookkeeping & Finance, IT Skills - Good, Organising & Planning

Computer literate, competent in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Database. Accounting skills and knowledge of account systems. Good Telephone manner. Attention to detail, ability to engage with customers. Accountancy qualification and work experience in finance.

You will gain experience in; credit union finance, administration, IT and customer service. Develop new skills and improve employment prospects.

5 hours per week spread over one evening and a morning.
