Young Entrepreneur Market Support Volunteer

Pop Up Top Up CIC is seeking reliable volunteers to support young entrepreneurs preparing for and trading at the Black Eats London Christmas Market at Boxpark Croydon on 5–6 December 2026. Duties include helping with stall set-up, displaying products, welcoming customers, supporting young traders and assisting with pack-down. Volunteers should be organised, approachable and interested in youth enterprise. Briefing and guidance provided.

Good communication, reliability, teamwork, organisation, customer service and an interest in supporting young people and enterprise.

• Make a meaningful difference by supporting a local CIC helping young people build confidence, develop business skills and explore entrepreneurship. • Play a part in creating real opportunities for young people to turn their ideas into reality. • Gain hands-on experience supporting a live Christmas market and young entrepreneurs. • Develop transferable skills in teamwork, communication, customer service and event coordination. • Meet people from the local community, creative industries and business networks. • Strengthen your CV and gain valuable volunteering experience for future employment or education. • Be part of a positive, community-led initiative that empowers the next generation of entrepreneurs. • Contribute your time and skills to a worthwhile cause and see the impact of your support first-hand.
