What you will be doing

Liberty Tea Rooms are looking for volunteers to help serve delicious cakes, teas, coffees and light bites.
No experience is required, and any training needed will be provided.
Tasks include working behind the counter, taking orders, preparing trays and working as a barrista (training provided)

When you serve at Liberty Tea Rooms you are helping contribute to the wider vision we have for our town; to bring hope, encouragement and support to our community.

How Long Do I Have To Volunteer For?

You need to commit to a regular volunteering opportunity of around an hour a week. The table below shows the commitment required for each level of the DofE.

Bronze

Minimum time: 3 or 6 months

You must do one of your volunteering, Physical or Skills sections for 6 months, the others for 3.

Silver

Minimum time: 6 or 12 months

If you heven't achieved your Bronze Award, you must extend your volunteering or the longer of your Physical or Skills sections to 12 months.

Gold

Minimum time: 12 or 18 months

If you heven't achieved your Silver Award, you must extend your volunteering or the longer of your Physical or Skills sections to 18 months.
