We need more staff for our front of house roles of greeting and serving our customers. Includes using the till and card machine, dealing with customer enquires, keeping displays tidy & stocked, accepting customer donations & implementing our Gift Aid scheme.
A sunny nature is more important than experience as training will be given.

Potential candidates should call into the store for an informal chat & pick up an application form.

Basic IT skills - internet & email,General Helping

We use an EPOS till system so experience with similar could be useful but not essential as training & support will be given. Candidates must be comfortable chatting to the public as they will be receiving donations & signing up donors to our Gift Aid system. We also actively upsell our carrier bags & lottery tickets

Our volunteers often benefit from learning new skills, gaining confidence & being socially engaged. Volunteering can also fill gaps on a CV & provide a reference.
