Dorset Rape Crisis Support Centre is a pan Dorset charity based in Poole that provides confidential helpline support, face to face counselling and practical support through our Independent Sexual violence Advisor (ISVA) service to those affected by rape and sexual assault.
We are looking for an Administrative Support Assistant to offer general administrative support. The role covers a variety of office-based duties working alongside the Volunteer Co-ordinator and Service Manager from data inputting, photocopying, filing, event planning support to social media planning and posting.
Skills and Qualification: Any relevant experience of administration preferential but not essential, good interpersonal skills, good organisational skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, experience handling sensitive / confidential information.
Time Commitment: 4 hrs per week
Training: Full training in our office procedures and induction to Dorset Rape Crisis and the work it carries out.
