We are looking for volunteers to support people with learning disabilities on a one to one basis throughout Dorset, to share a little of your life with them and help them speak up for their rights and equal opportunities. Advocacy helps people who have a learning disability to gain confidence, friends and better services.
Through the creation of one to one partnerships between people who have a learning disability and volunteer advocates people who have a learning disability can speak up, promote their interests and play a fuller part in the life of their community.
