Tasks could include:
• help build and maintain a local media contacts database for Dorset
• rewrite Christian Aid corporate press releases to include a Dorset interest aspect
• draft press releases about Christian Aid activities in Dorset
• send press releases to local media including print, broadcast and online media
• seek out opportunities for regional Christian Aid staff to comment on national news stories or emergencies
• writing content for Christian Aid south west facebook and twitter

Please note:
• you should be in sympathy with Christian Aid’s values and vision
We are looking for someone who can commit to a few hours a week working from home. The exact day/hours can be flexible to suit the volunteer.
