OVERVIEW
To carry out a range of general administrative functions within the hub office
KEY TASKS
 Answer telephones, take messages and deal with general enquiries
 Meet and greet visitors to the community hub office
 Enter data into spreadsheets and databases
 Organise mailouts to volunteers
 General clerical duties including photocopying, mailing and filing
