The roaming volunteer will ensure a warm welcome to all visitors and encourage them to make the most of their visit on the Pier. Engaging with visitors and providing knowledge on the History of the Pier, the Jurassic Coast, Marine Wildlife they could find and activities that they can get involved with on the pier. Friendly and approachable. Interest in working with the public, especially families and children. Enjoy meeting people. Customer focused. Knowledge of the Piers history and marine wildlife but not essential as training will be given. Communication skills. Enjoy working as part of a team. Delivery of information according to audience.
