Our contact points are a new initiative which is being set up in locations across the county. They will provide online services, 101 telephone access and crime prevention information. The role will provide enhanced public access to Dorset Police by signposting enquiries from members of the public to the relevant police contacts and/or online services using the appropriate media available at the contact or information points.

Location: Winton x 1 , Dorchester x 3 and Christchurch Libraries x 1.
Hours: Negotiable (Shift based)

Admin,Basic IT skills - internet & email,Good IT Skills,UK Driving Licence

UK Driving Licence is not essential. ESSENTIAL: • Literate and numerate • Good communication skills • Attention to detail and accurate record keeping • Basic Computer Skills including use of email • Integrity, reliability and self- discipline • Ability to work under pressure • Flexibility
