We are recruiting 2 new Trustees who have various skills and experience to join our existing three trustees .
This young, local charity is already changing lives. Partnering with local organisations, TCWF runs workshops to equip disadvantaged and socially excluded young people with the tools to build their confidence and resilience.
By building their self-belief, through a colour personality profiling tool, participants develop strong interpersonal and communication skills so that they are able to make better life choices for themselves.
6 meetings a year are held in Poole or Bournemouth in the evening, additional meetings are held via video conferencing. We view diversity as fundamental to our success. We welcome and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and identities, and particularly encourage applications from minority groups.
We are seeking an active and engaged member of the board, who will not only bring with them self-motivation, time and dedication but will also bring passion, drive, enthusiasm and a real energy and buzz to the role, to really help us make a difference in the lives of young people.
