Volunteer Warden - to assist with practical conservation tasks on regular volunteer conservation tasks - habitat maintenance and management across Lorton Meadows Nature Reserve, Weymouth.
Time commitment - Conservation Tasks are fortnightly on Wednesdays, from 10am to 3pm throughout the year - see for dates. Meet at Lorton Meadows Conservation Centre, bring lunch & wear suitable clothing & footwear for the weather conditions. Tea/coffee, gloves & tools supplied.

From Weymouth - go towards Dorchester on the B3159 (Dorchester Road), after the pedestrian lights at Wey Valley School, take the 2nd turning on the right - Lorton Lane and follow to the end. From Dorchester - go towards Weymouth on the A354, take 1st exit on 1st roundabout and 3rd exit on next roundabout, go along Littlemoor Road. At mini roundabout, take 1st exit - Dorchester Road (B3159). Take 3rd turning on left - Lorton Lane and follow to the end.
