As a CMA Debt Centre Greenwich Money Mentor volunteer, you will be:

- Supporting in case work covering the full range of debt
- Working closely with CMA to obtain financial options based on FCA guidance.
- Ensuring income maximisation on through the appropriate take up of income, including those relating to benefits, tax and housing.
- Maintaining detailed case records, ensuring that all work meets all auditing and quality standards for CMA and FCA requirements
- Networking with Local Authorities and Voluntary Organisations, maintaining and promoting strong working partnerships to the benefit of clients
