To engage with Royal Borough of Greenwich Residents who are interested in volunteering. To provide support and information and guidance to signpost and refer to training provision and borough services that can support individuals to achieve their desired outcomes and goal. To undertake administration duties in relation to client’s referral and signposting pathways. To conduct follow ups on individuals that have had appointments To be able to work with the policies, procedures and ethos of Volunteer Centre Greenwich. • GDPR – Data Protection • Health and Safety • Equality and Diversity Essential skills • Good communication skills • Basic IT skills. • Be able to keep records. • Be able to maintain confidentiality. • Have an interest in engaging with people and local organisations

A reference and experience.

Minimum of 4 hours a week.
