Core Services Administration Support Volunteer

Purpose of the role
• To provide administrative support to Volunteer Centre Greenwich Membership and Training Service Team (Core Services Team)
• To support the efficient administration of the Core Services Team

• General office duties including data entry, website updates, issuing certificates
• Liaising with our members and processing membership applications
• To help maintain the CRM, including data input and analysis.
• To support the organisation with volunteering/family/public events.
• Assisting with meeting and greeting visitors to the office.
• Communicating by telephone with a wide range of people.
• Assisting the training administrator and other team members in maintaining efficient, accurate and confidential records.
• Creating and circulating a monthly newsletter to our volunteer and organisation members
• To attend core services meeting when possible

Administration,IT, Technology & Websites

Admin, Good IT Skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft office 365 o Word o Excel o Sway o Forms • Good accuracy and typing skills for input of data • Good communication skill

Full in house training provided Access to a comprehensive catalogue of training to suit your role. Become part of a vibrant team of VCG core service delivery

10am - 2.30pm Monday and Tuesday
