What you will be doing

To make the bric-a-brac, clothing, toys, haberdashery, arts and crafts and other shop displays look amazing. Putting priced stock out on the shop floor, arranging and tidying displays, dusting and restocking. Sharing photographs of your displays for our social media.

You will need a good eye for displays and some artistic flair.

Volunteers needed Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Skills Description

Good communication skills to work with other volunteers, a good "eye" for what looks good on the shelf.

Time Commitment

4 hours plus per week - we are open Tuesday to Saturday. Tuesday is a closed shop day so would be ideal for setting up and revamping displays, but it can be done on opening days too, either before 10 or working around customers in the shop.

How Long Do I Have To Volunteer For?

You need to commit to a regular volunteering opportunity of around an hour a week. The table below shows the commitment required for each level of the DofE.

Bronze

Minimum time: 3 or 6 months
