What you will be doing

No Panic is a national charity helping people to manage their anxiety.
We are seeking a volunteer Feedback Team Co-ordinator to support a small team of volunteers who gather feedback from No Panic members and volunteers. This will involve gathering and analysing feedback and creating and maintaining record systems. The Feedback Team Co-ordinator will also liaise with office staff.

Skills Description

The Feedback Team Co-ordinator must have experience of gathering feedback for, or as part of, an organisation and must be capable of providing clear instructions and direction to volunteers. The successful applicant will be reliable, trustworthy, committed, good at developing understanding, and good at working with others. You will need to provide a reference.

How Long Do I Have To Volunteer For?

You need to commit to a regular volunteering opportunity of around an hour a week. The table below shows the commitment required for each level of the DofE.

Bronze

Minimum time: 3 or 6 months

You must do one of your volunteering, Physical or Skills sections for 6 months, the others for 3.

Silver

Minimum time: 6 or 12 months

If you heven't achieved your Bronze Award, you must extend your volunteering or the longer of your Physical or Skills sections to 12 months.

Gold

Minimum time: 12 or 18 months

If you heven't achieved your Silver Award, you must extend your volunteering or the longer of your Physical or Skills sections to 18 months.
