The volunteer would be handling confidential information, so any experience with that in the past would be desirable. The role also entails management of a small team of volunteers, so some management experience would also be desirable.

Hereford Food Bank is made up of a large group of incredibly friendly, generous and enthusiastic volunteers. This role is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to socialise and be on the frontline to help the local community.

This role is flexible. The Food Bank is open weekdays from 10:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 15:00. The role would be as a reserve and the volunteers who choose to accept this role will be offered shifts as and when the regular Team Leaders assigned to these shifts are unable to take them up.
