This role requires good social skills as it is the public face of Grange Court. An ability to learn about the history of the building is helpful but not essential as we have written guides and lots of interpretation boards.

Grange Court is a beautiful setting to work in. We have a small staff who are very friendly and lots of our customers visit regularly, some daily so there is a very homely atmosphere. We have rented offices too so there is social continuity with the tenants. It's a great place if you want to meet people and also contribute to keeping this iconic building going. You will also be given a lovely lunch made on the premises!

We are open from 10.00 until 4.00 every day except Sunday so each session is three hours. 10.00 until 1.00 and 1.00 until 4.00. Most people choose to do the same session every week so they can plan their time and some volunteers also cover for absences if they can.

If driving do not follow your SatNav directions. Put in the Priory Church HR6 8NH and come via Church Street. Follow the signs for Pinsley Road and The Grange. Drive round through The Grange until you reach Grange Court. There is parking at the Court. We are a few minutes walk from the bus and train stations.
