Prescription Pick Up & Delivery Volunteers - Coronavirus COVID-19

Volunteer Centre Hackney is seeking local residents to be matched to a community pharmacy to help collect and deliver medicine to vulnerable and/or isolated residents.

We will need you to be willing to walk, cycle or drive to a local pharmacy and then deliver medication to a number of residents in your local area.

You could volunteer for as little or as often as you like, on days/times that suit you.

You will need to be happy to follow a set procedure, to ensure safety of both yourself and local residents.

If you don’t have a current DBS check, we will need to apply for one on your behalf before you could start.

All travel expenses will be reimbursed.

This role is available at locations throughout Hackney, and we will try to match you to a pharmacy near to your home.
