Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many of our elderly and vulnerable customers are unable to come to our store. A high number of these people don’t have access to the internet, a credit or debit card to pay online, or a loved one who can shop for them. Ordering by phone is often their only option. Yet store staff have been overwhelmed and usually aren’t able to work the telephone. By helping our most at risk customers place their order request by telephone, you will be reducing their isolation and ensuring they get the essential food and health items they need. You’ll also be helping an important community store continue to serve in these difficult times.
