Volunteer Centre Hackney

You did not enter a postcode in the search, or the postcode for this role is unknown.

The purpose of the role is to provide some much needed creativity and connection to vulnerable people in residential retirement communities with Anchor Hanover. The Musician will perform a short set (around an hour with a break) in an outdoor space near to the residence. You will need to bring your own equipment (for example Amp/Stands/Instrument). You will be expected to be on time and give notice if you cannot do a session. The project is part of a wider series of social action and volunteering projects and programmes at Volunteer Centre Hackney. This project has already had an enormous impact on the residents at Limetree Court and you can be part of decreasing isolation and loneliness and increasing wellbeing and connectedness between residents and staff.
