This project matches adults in need of support with life and/or career challenges with mature, capable, experienced adult mentors. Mentors will meet with their mentees twice monthly by video call for up to one hour each time. Mentees should be solid, well-adjusted coaches willing to offer both general and specific support.Volunteer leaders should be well-adjusted leaders, advisors,and role models.

Volunteers must have excellent communication and listening skills and stable emotional and mental health. Volunteers must have ready access to a computer, tablet or smartphone and a good internet connection. Volunteer skills and experience will be considered along with needs of the mentee in making matches.
Volunteers will benefit from the satisfaction of helping less experienced adults to develop positively over an extended period. They will improve their skills in coaching and mentoring. They will learn about best practices in coaching and mentoring.
