Have you got marketing and social media skills? Would you like to put those skills to use towards helping out in your local community? Then we would love to hear from you!

We are looking for a skilled marketing and social media volunteer to help us with promoting our work in the local community. You will be helping us with tasks such as creating engaging social media content, help us grow our followers on social media platforms, develop strategies that will allow us to engage more with key influencers and keeping up to date with our news and events.

By taking up on this role you will be helping our organisation to grow and to use all marketing and social media tools available to us to spread the word about our work and impact in the local community, promote our news and events more widely and find more supporters.

Marketing, PR & Media

Admin, Basic IT skills - internet & email, Good IT Skills, Organising & Planning, Research

Good understanding of marketing and social media strategies/ familiar with social media platforms/ experience of creating engaging digital content/ excellent communication skills/ good telephone and email manners

Volunteers will gain experience working within the voluntary sector and community groups, practice their skills, and have the satisfaction of knowing their work made a real difference for people locally and beyond. References will be provided.
