What you will be doing

We are looking for a reliable and motivated people to be help us collect and understand feedback from people and organisations using our services. You’ll play an essential role in gathering information about our impact in the community.

This role is ideal for people who are interested in social work/community work, research, customer service and/or working in the voluntary sector.

Tasks include:
- Conducting surveys over the phone
- If required, assisting clients to complete evaluation forms or surveys
- Collecting and analysing feedback from people using our services
- Entering survey data
- Identifying any further action needed and passing on to appropriate member of the team

How Long Do I Have To Volunteer For?

You need to commit to a regular volunteering opportunity of around an hour a week. The table below shows the commitment required for each level of the DofE.

Bronze

Minimum time: 3 or 6 months

You must do one of your volunteering, Physical or Skills sections for 6 months, the others for 3.

Silver

Minimum time: 6 or 12 months

If you heven't achieved your Bronze Award, you must extend your volunteering or the longer of your Physical or Skills sections to 12 months.

Gold

Minimum time: 12 or 18 months

If you heven't achieved your Silver Award, you must extend your volunteering or the longer of your Physical or Skills sections to 18 months.
