Every year, thousands of people head outdoors to raise money for our world class research. They travel up and down the UK, braving all weathers and breaking a sweat to run, walk, swim, trek, cycle and everything in between. But without our champion volunteers cheering and providing support from the sidelines, the events wouldn’t be half as special for the people taking part.

That’s where you come in. We’re on the hunt for passionate volunteers to join us at our events and help us create memories our participants will never forget.

On the day of the event, you’ll get the chance to try out a range of activities depending on what’s needed. It could be anything from helping us activate a start area or energising a cheer point, to guiding our participants once they’ve crossed the finish. Plus, you’ll meet a stellar group of fun, like-minded people who are equally passionate about beating the pain and devastation caused by heart disease

The London to Brighton Off Road Bike Ride will see 2,750 people take on Europe’s biggest Off Road charity mountain bike challenge raising vital funds for the BHF. We are looking for volunteers to support at the start site and then at the check points nearest to the start site, the activities will start from 6am, shifts are no longer than 4 hours and the later shifts will finish around 2pm. Be part of the London to Brighton Off Road Bike Ride without riding the miles by joining our epic volunteer team on Saturday 17th September.
