- Experience teaching Tai-Chi classes (ideally to diverse groups of individuals) - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt and modify Tai-Chi poses to accommodate different skill levels and physical abilities - Passion for community engagement and making a difference in people's lives - Ideally live in the local or surrounding area of E5

Volunteering allows you to connect with like-minded individuals who share your passion for Tai-Chi and community engagement. You will have the chance to build meaningful relationships and expand your professional network, while enhancing your teaching skills. In addition, you will gain experience working with diverse groups of individuals while learning how to adapt your teaching style to meet the unique needs of each participant. On a personal level volunteering is a deeply rewarding experience that can contribute to your personal growth and fulfilment. By giving back to your community, you will experience a sense of purpose and the satisfaction that comes from helping others.

1.5hrs per week Ideally be able to commit to at least 10 weeks depending on community participation
