Leadership & Team Coordination: Inspire and manage volunteers for smooth kitchen operations. Effective Communication: Engage positively with team members and guests, creating an inclusive atmosphere. Organisational Ability: Efficiently manage tasks from setup to shutdown, ensuring orderly operations. Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Navigate and resolve the dynamic challenges of a community kitchen.
