Over the next two years UBG have been commissioned by Gillett Squared to deliver 80 community Playday's aimed at connecting the diverse groups who live and work around Gillett Square in Dalston. These public workshops will provide an opportunity to gather vital information from diverse communities and build a picture of an evolving population and their needs. We need volunteers to help support the events this summer. On the days we need help with setting up, engaging with the public and recording feedback. The games days are really fun and a great opportunity to engage with people from all different backgrounds in a positive environment.
We would also like a special person to evaluate the benefits and impact of these events (initially in 2016 from April - August). The study can be creative and playful using a combination of evaluation methodologies including, interviews, timelines, observation, feedback questionnaires.
