New-age Kurling is a modified, inclusive version of curling, played on a flat surface instead of ice. It welcomes participants of all ages and abilities. The objective is similar to traditional curling, aiming to
land stones close to the target.

We're looking for volunteers to help at this class on an ongoing basis. If you're interested in a social role where you welcome participants to the session, introduce them to one another, and are happy to demonstrate how the games work, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Greet and register clients upon arrival, take a register and cash, or card payment.
• Introduce newcomers to the Class Instructor.
• Sit with the client if they need to rest during the class and offer them water.
• Set up the room, distribute equipment or water, and tidy up after the session.
• Support clients with mobility issues as directed by the Class Instructor.
• Actively participate in sessions.
• Liaise with the Class Instructor and Community Engagement Team, providing feedback and
reporting problems.
• Follow our policies and procedures, attend relevant training sessions, and maintain appropriate
boundaries.
