Strong communication and interpersonal skills with young people Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities, workshops, and sessions Patience, empathy, and understanding of young people’s needs Confidence in supporting group activities and one-to-one interactions Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment Organisational skills for planning sessions and trips Teamwork and reliability in supporting staff and volunteers Flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt activities as needed

Hands-on experience working with young people aged 16–25 Skills in planning, delivering, and leading activities and workshops Confidence in group facilitation and mentoring Experience creating safe, inclusive, and supportive environments Opportunity to make a real difference in young people’s lives Valuable experience for your CV, future career, or personal development Being part of a friendly, supportive team and community

Minimum 2 - 12 hours per week
